Prospective
An enquiry stage only. New pupil enquiries are added here.
New Intake
Pupils who are confirmed as starting at the school in the future are transferred here. The pupil record is held here until their start date.
Current
Pupils are moved to current once their start date arrives. All pupils on role will be held in current.
Leaver
Pupils who have left the school within the current academic year are held here.
Past
Once the academic year has ended all leavers are transferred to past. This is the pupil archive.
Old Scholar
The school alumni are kept here.
