Introduction

You can reinstate a pupil to a previous stage, for example, a leaver may return as a current pupil. You can choose the pupil stage to reinstate the pupil into. Their pupil record stays intact. 

Reinstate a pupil 

1. On the relevant pupil stage select the Reinstate Pupils button. 

   

2. A Reinstate Pupils window will open. The fields will differ depending on which stage you are reinstating the pupils from and to. The example below is Leaver to Current, New Intake or Prospective.

   
3. Select the pupil or pupils to reinstate by ticking the boxes and select Reinstate.
4. The pupil record moves to the chosen stage.
