Invoicing from pupil stages

Introduction

There are six pupil stages in Engage: Prospective, New Intake, Current, Leaver, Past and Old Scholar.

Automated Invoices can be raised for pupils in the New Intake, Current, and Leaver stages.

Deposits can be taken against pupils in the Prospective stage, but invoices cannot be raised.

Manual Invoices can be raised directly against bill payers at any point, as they do not link directly to a pupil.
