Introduction
When upgrading your system all users must be logged out of Engage. You can force people out by using the Reset User Account option.
Resetting a User Account in Engage
- Go to File > Security > Reset user account.
- Find the username you need to reset from the drop-down list.
- Select Reset User Account button. The username disappears from the list.
- When they next come to use the system they will be required to login.
