Introduction

This article explains how to navigate Engage using the different parts of the screen.

Navigating the system

You can access all the Engage screens via the following methods; 

1. Top menu - the options across the top contain all the modules and screens. Select a menu option and hover to see the various screens.  
2. Side Tool Bar - this displays each section of the system. Expand to see the modules and screens within the section.
3. Main Tool Bar – there are some quick link buttons in the Main Tool bar such as Form Attendance and Class Marksheets. Select these to go directly to the screens.
4. Window – select the Window option at the top of the screen to list all the windows (screens) that are open. You can navigate between them, and you have the option to Close All Windows.

Windows

When you open a screen the window remains open. To minimise, maximise or close individual screens select the icons at the top right of the window. Go to Window at the top of the screen to navigate between open screens or to close them all at once.

Icons

When you hover over an icon in Engage it tells you what it does. Icons are the standardised across the system however some only appear on certain screens.
