Introduction

When you work in a dummy copy of Engage it is not possible to email.

Email from a Dummy Copy of Engage

When you log into a dummy copy of your Engage database, the emailing system. There is no risk you will accidently issue invoices to bill payers.

Although you can produce or reprint invoices and receipts, have a “Dummy Copy” watermark and you will not be able issue them as an attachment to an email without the watermark.

In addition, Engage disables the following facilities when you work with a dummy copy of Engage:

• Links to the Engage Portal.
• Links to the DMS.
• Links to Engage Accounts or other accounting system.
