Amend the account structure screen

Introduction

The Account Structure screen manages the Balance Sheet posting accounts used when raising invoices or receiving payment, as well as several system defaults.


The account structure screen can only be edited by logging in to the Administrator account. The password for the Administrator account is provided by us when your school has Engage installed. If you do not know who has the Administrator password, contact us via the Support Centre. We can make the changes for you or reset the Administrator password.


Note: The administrator role is not the same as the Administrator account.
