Introduction
Engage Fees produces the Proposed Transactions report before you confirm that you want to post your Invoices or Receipts. It is the summary of the Nominal Accounts that Engage Fees will use and the values that will be posted to them.
When to print the Proposed Transactions report
The Proposed Transactions report is printed by default, but you can select different options from the Fees > Setup > Fees Policies screen. The options are:
- Always Print (Default)
- Ask Confirmation before Printing
- Never Print
We recommend that new users select the Always Print option to confirm the transactions before they post their invoices or receipts, as a double check. If you decide not to post and change some allocations and re-compile, or alter you receipts to post, you will get a revised Proposed Transactions report reflecting the changes.
