Introduction
You can enter your password incorrectly 4 times before Engage locks your account. You can reset your password in Engage or the Staff Portal, but the way you do it is different. Find out how in Reset a password in the Staff Portal. The person resetting the password must have access to the Reset password screen.
Reset a password in Engage
- Go to Setup > Security > Reset password.
- Find the username you need to reset the password for in the drop-down list.
- Select Reset Password twice. A green message appears confirming you have successfully reset your password.
- Tell the user their password has been reset. Their password will be the same as their username. When they login they can then create a new password.
