Introduction

There are 3 password strength options:

No validation – the password can be anything.

Strong password – the password must have a minimum of 8 characters and include an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a number.

Secure password - the password must have a minimum of 12 characters and include an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a number and a symbol.

Set the Engage password strength

1. Go to Setup > Security > Password strength.
2. Select 1 of the 3 options and select Save.

Note: If you change the password strength after starting to use the system, all users will need their passwords to be reset. They can then create new passwords that match the chosen option.
