Introduction

If your Engage Database is hosted by us you will get a username and password to access the remote desktop. You can access the remote desktop from anywhere.

Log in using a hosted server

1. Go to the remote desktop link that we sent you.
2. Enter the username and password you have been provided.
3. A file downloads. When ready, select the file to open it.
4. Enter your username and password again.

The remote desktop screen opens and displays the Engage icon.

5. Select the icon to load the login screen.
6. Enter your Engage username and password. If this is the first time you’ve logged into Engage your password is the same as your username. You can then create a new password.
7. Click Login.
