Introduction
You can allow Portal users to view/edit all class marksheets, only view/edit their own classes or only edit their own classes (but view others).
Setting class marksheet permissions
- Log into the Portal as an Administrator.
- Go to Admin > Set Up > Marksheet Editing
- Navigate to Staff Marksheet Individual Settings.
- Identify the member of staff then select the relevant setting.
- Click Save.
All Classes Viewable - all class marksheets can be viewed and edited.
Only Edit my Classes - the staff member can see all marksheets but only edit their own.
Only View/Edit my Classes - the staff member can only view and edit their own marksheets and can't access any others.
You can set the default settings for new staff members by ticking the Default Settings fields below the grid.
