Introduction
You can assign groups of pupils to a marksheet for a specific reporting period. This will allow teachers to record assessment grades that can then be published to parents.
Set up a class marksheet
- Go to Modules > Assessments > Manage Assessment Columns.
- Select the columns required at the top of the screen.
- Use the filters in the middle of the screen to select the required year group, subject and division.
- Tick the classes to add the columns to.
- Tick the reporting period that the columns are to be applied to.
- Select the Create Columns on Marksheet button to complete the process.
The pupils have now been assigned to the class marksheet(s). To view the marksheets go to Modules > Assessments > Class Marksheet. Filter by the relevant reporting period, year group, subject, division and class.
