Assign pupils to a marksheet

Introduction

You can assign groups of pupils to a marksheet for a specific reporting period. This will allow teachers to record assessment grades that can then be published to parents.

Set up a class marksheet

  1. Go to Modules > Assessments > Manage Assessment Columns.
  2. Select the columns required at the top of the screen.
  3. Use the filters in the middle of the screen to select the required year group, subject and division.
  4. Tick the classes to add the columns to.
  5. Tick the reporting period that the columns are to be applied to.
  6. Select the Create Columns on Marksheet button to complete the process.

The pupils have now been assigned to the class marksheet(s). To view the marksheets go to Modules > Assessments > Class Marksheet. Filter by the relevant reporting period, year group, subject, division and class.
