Introduction

You can assign permission to users to view all pupils in the Staff Portal. This can be configured in either Engage or the Staff Portal.

Enable a user to see all pupils in the Portal

1. Log into the Desktop Application as an Administrator.
2. Go to Modules > Staff > Staff Screen.
3. On the upper section of the screen right click on the header of the staff grid.
4. Select All Classes Viewable to add this field to the grid.
5. Identify the member of staff then select the All Classes Viewable tick box.

1. Log into the Portal as an Administrator.
2. Go to Admin > Set Up > Marksheet Editing
3. Navigate to Staff Marksheet Individual Settings
4. Identify the member of staff then select the Is All Classes Viewable tick box.

The user will now have access to see all pupils rather than just the ones they teach.
