Set up a class marksheet

Introduction

Class marksheets are used to record pupils' assessment data and to share with families. This information is stored in marksheets that are created each year based on a reporting period, a year group, subject, division and class.

Set up a class marksheet

  1. Go to Modules > Assessments > Manage Assessment Columns
  2. Select the columns required from the grid at the top of the screen or select Add New to create a new assessment column.
  3. Use the filters in the middle of the screen to select the required year group, subject and division.
  4. Tick the classes to add the columns to.
  5. Tick the reporting period that the columns are to be applied to.
  6. Select the Create Columns on Marksheet button to complete the process.

The class marksheet(s) have now been created. To view the marksheets go to Modules > Assessments > Class Marksheet.  Filter by the relevant reporting period, year group, subject, division and class.
