When to increment a run

The B-REVAL account is a temporary, system generated "account" that is only displayed in your Nominal>Trial Balance screen when you view a period in a year when the previous year hasn't been closed down e.g., view current year, but previous year hasn't been closed.

The B-REVAL account displays the P&L amount from the previous year, that would be transferred to the reserve account if the year was closed (as the P&L amounts for the previous year aren't displayed).

This account is system generated and is not part of your chart of accounts.

Note: For more information on working with the Trial Balance please see the Engage Accounts Nominal Ledger guide (Trial Balance section).
