Introduction
When you use the Bulk Payments screen you can save a payment list before you post the batch and reload it later.
Reload a saved payment list in the Bulk Payments screen.
- Go to Purchases>Purchase Payments>Bulk Payments.
- Enter the same Payment Run Date, Bank Code, and Payment Type as saved.
- Select the Load.
- The screen will now reload the saved list selection, including any payment references.
Note: You can make changes to the loaded screen by selecting or deselecting invoices for payment, but you cannot refresh the report to add transactions entered after the initial payment list was saved.
