Introduction

You can validate that allocated charges have been invoiced in Engage Fees in the current run or analyse your invoices for charges on closed runs.

Check if a charge item has been invoiced

To check if an allocated charge was included on an invoice in the current run:

  1. Go to the Fees>Compilation>Print Pupil Charges
  2. Select the charge you want to check using the Charge Group and Charge Item filters.
  3. Set the Invoice Items filter to Invoiced.
  4. Validate that the Report Style is set to ‘Detailed’ and Preview the report.
  5. Validate that the charge is correctly showing in the report.
  6. You can also run the report with the Invoiced Items filter set to All. The report will show invoiced items marked with a ‘Y’ in the Charged column.

To check if an allocated charge was included on an invoice in a closed run:

  1. Go to the Fees>Sales Analysis>Analyse Charges
  2. Select the date range to include the date the charge was invoiced.
  3. Select the charge you want to check using the Charge Group and Charge Item filters.
  4. Click View
  5. Validate that the charge is correctly showing in the grid.
