What is the purpose of this course?

To roll over Attendance, Curriculum, Assessment and Timetable data to the new academic year

Who is the course aimed at?

Staff involved with Assessments or Timetable

¼ Day (1.5 Hours)

Are there any prerequisites?

Users must have attended CurriculumAssessments, and Timetable training courses (where applicable).

Ensure that all assessment reports have been sent and reporting periods have been locked

Important

Please be aware that the course is designed to equip you with the skills to manage this area of the system effectively. It is important that you allow sufficient time and resource to implement the setup after the training has taken place. In many cases this will need to be completed before progressing to another stage of the system.
