To set defaults and enter the timetable based on the curriculum structure

Users must have attended the Curriculum course
Curriculum set up must be complete
Permission to edit the Set Up screens

Important
Please be aware that the course is designed to equip you with the skills to manage this area of the system effectively. It is important that you allow sufficient time and resource to implement the setup after the training has taken place. In many cases this will need to be completed before progressing to another stage of the system.

| Attendance Parameters | Define parameters to reflect the timetable structure | Full details of timetable structure for every year group (including number and length of periods and breaks) |
| Timetable Parameters | Set timetable defaults | Full details of the content to show on the timetable (e.g. Staff/Room/Subject) |
| Timetable Calendar (For 2-week timetable) | Detail the timetable week on which the school will be returning after each break | Full details of terms dates and breaks and whether the timetable will start back on week 1 or 2 |
| Timetable Rooms | Introduce rooms and set their availability | Full list of rooms to appear on the timetable and their availability |
| Timetable Staff | Introduce staff and set their availability | Full details of staff availability |
| Timetable Subjects | Enter specific defaults for each timetabled subject | Full details of subject defaults and codes |
| Lock Periods | Lock periods that are not used for lessons | Full details of periods that are not used for lessons (e.g. Registration/Assembly) |
| Create Timetable | Create timetables manually Edit timetables | Copy of the complete timetable to copy from |
| Print Timetable | Print a variety of timetable types (including Staff, Pupil and Subject timetables) | |
