Introduction 

With the relevant permission a user can access any Portal account belonging to a member of staff, parent or pupil.

Access a Portal user account 

1. Go to Admin > Users.
2. Select a user type from the drop-down list. 
3. Search for the users name or find them in the list. 

4. Select the Login as button next to the username field.

   
5. The homepage of the chosen user opens. 
6. To return to your login, hover over the username at the top right of the screen.
7. Select Revert to [username].
8. You are taken back to your own portal.
