Introduction

A User ID must be created for each Engage user. User IDs can be any format but can only contain a-z, A-Z, 0-9, full stop, hyphen and have a maximum of 20 characters.

Create an Engage user

1. Go to Setup > Security > Manage Users.
2. Select Add New.
3. Enter the User ID in the chosen format.
4. Enter the users name.
5. The status will be set to Active.
6. Add notes if required and select Save.

This screen also shows if a user is logged in and the last login date.
