Check sent emails

Introduction

When you send emails from the Fees posting screen it is not evident that they have been sent successfully .

Check the status of sent emails

  1. In Engage go to Setup > Tools > Email Management. 
  2. You can see the status of all emails sent from Engage Fees.
  3. Use the filters to select a date range and select Fees from the Module drop-down.
  4. The relevant emails are listed, showing the status, date sent or error message if they have failed.
  5. Emails with an error message can be resent, deleted, or the detail of the email and or email address can be edited and resent.

Note: If an email has no entry under Date Sent or Error, the email is still processing. The ‘In progress’ icon will show next to the sender’s name.
