Introduction
Parent Portal account users are sent an email containing instructions on how to activate their Parent Portal account. The email should contain the following steps.
Activate a Parent Portal Account
- Go to the URL in the email.
- Enter the email address in the email.
- Enter the Pin Code in the email.
- Answer an on screen security question.
- An email is sent containing a temporary password and a link to the Parent Portal.
- Select the link and enter the username and temporary password. You can then create a new password.
- When logged in you will see the Parent Portal Home page.
