Introduction

Parent Portal account users are sent an email containing instructions on how to activate their Parent Portal account. The email should contain the following steps.

Activate a Parent Portal Account

  1. Go to the URL in the email.
  2. Enter the email address in the email.
  3. Enter the Pin Code in the email.
  4. Answer an on screen security question.
  5. An email is sent containing a temporary password and a link to the Parent Portal.
  6. Select the link and enter the username and temporary password. You can then create a new password.
  7. When logged in you will see the Parent Portal Home page.
