Reprint a Posted Transaction Details audit report

Introduction

You can the Posted Transaction Details report, which the system generates after you post transactions in Engage Fees from the View Transaction Details screen.

Reprint a Posted Transaction Details audit report

  1. Go to Fees>Sales Analysis>View Transaction Details.
  2. Use the filters to refine the transactions displayed in the grid by transaction date, Stage, or Folio/Period (for Engage Accounts Users).
  3. Use the Search on tool for a specific search on one of the following options.
  4. Select the document to reprint followed by the Reprint Posted Transaction details.
  5. The document will appear on the screen. You can choose to print or save it.

Note: Please note that the report will contain all the details for the entire posting batch the selected transaction was in.

You can also reprint the Posted Transaction Details report from:

  • Analyse Invoices – for Invoice and Credit note postings only
  • Analyse Receipts – for receipt postings only
  • View Account Details

If you have disabled the printing of the Posted Transaction Details report at the time of posting in Fees>Setup>Fees Policies, by setting the option to Never Print, you can still reprint it using this method.
