Resolve Accounts Health Check Conflicts

Introduction

Engage Fees holds your Debtor balances in several tables but in different formats. The Accounts Health Check process validates that the totals are the same. If you have a red Conflict error in your Accounts Health Check screen (with a crying man), you will need to raise a Case in Engage Help to resolve it.

Resolve Accounts Health Check Conflicts

  1. Go to Fees>Sales Analysis>Accounts Health Check.
  2. If there is a green HEALTHY message (with a dancing man) you have no conflicts.
  3. If there is red CONFLICT message:
    1. Raise a Case in Engage Help giving permission to connect to your system.
    2. Select the View Details button.
    3. Attach a copy of the details to the support case.
  4. The Engage Support team will repair the broken elements of your database and remove the conflict.
