Show pupil names on statements

Introduction

There is an option on the Filter Criteria pane in the Print Statements screen to add pupil names manually or you can set Engage Fees to select the option by default in the Fees Policies screen.

Show Pupil Names on Statements

  1. Go to the Fees>Setup>Fees Policies screen.
  2. Select Checked by Default from the dropdown menu for the Print Statements: Include Pupil Names setting near the top of the screen.
  3. Save the revised settings at the top of the screen.
  4. When open the Fees>Debtor Management Screen>Print Statements the Pupil box will be ticked by default. You can override this if you do not want to include pupil names.

Note: If your statement does not include the pupil name after selecting Pupil, your statement template has not been set up to include pupil names. raise an incident in Engage Help.
