What is the purpose of this course?

To train users on how to set up and customise Activities for use in the Staff Portal and/or Parent Portal and/or Pupil Portal and how to create, preview, allocate and enrol pupils to an activity

Who is the course aimed at?

Portal Administrator, Finance Staff if the activities are chargeable.

What is the recommended course length?

½ Day (3 Hours)

What are the prerequisites?

User must the Administrator login details

School must be licensed for Activities

Users must have permissions to manage Activities

Must have a test Parent and Pupil Portal account

Please be aware that the course is designed to equip you with the skills to manage this area of the system effectively. It is important that you allow sufficient time and resource to implement the setup after the training has taken place. In many cases this will need to be completed before progressing to another stage of the system.
