Introduction

The Enhanced Security Screen works alongside Assign Screens and Assign Fields. It lists various screens, functions and fields within Engage and allows you to specify what each user role is allowed to do in that screen. Each screen has different functions so you need to work your way through the whole list to ensure each role has the correct access to Engage.

Enhanced Security Screen

1. Go to Setup > Security > Enhanced Security Screen.
2. Select the user role in the Role field.
3. Select the relevant Module from the list.
4. Select the relevant Screen from the list.
5. Depending on the chosen module and screen one or more of these tabs will appear; Screen Operations, Grid Columns and Panels.
6. The operations will vary by screen but include Hidden, Can View and Can Edit.

You can clone role security and use the batch update options to set the following; All to read only, All to hidden or All to editable.
