Introduction

Assign Screens lists all the screens in Engage and the operations i.e. Read, Update, Delete. The default user roles have screen security assigned but you need to check and edit where necessary.

Assign Screen Security

1. Go to Setup > Security > Assign Screens.
2. Go to the relevant screen, or review all of them.
3. Select or deselect the operations against each role.
4. Select Save.

All user roles are displayed. To hide any that aren’t in use, right-click on a column header in the Assign Screen Operation grid and deselect the roles.
