Introduction
The Projected Income Summary allows you to see the income from your compiled contributions, as well as to see what happens if you change the number of pupils receiving a charge or discount or if you change the value.
Populate the Projected Income Summary
You have Choose the Charge filters you want to see to populate the Projected Income Summary. Please note that screen only shows compiled charges that you have not posted on an invoice yet. Posted charges are actual charges and you can see them in Fees>Sales Analysis>Analyse Charges.
- Go to Fees>Compilation>Projected Income Summary.
- Select the Choose Charge Filter
- From the Select Charges screen, select those charge items you want to see on the Projected Income Summary individually or use the Select All, Deselect All, or Invert Selection buttons.
- Select OK to populate the screen.
Note: You can select specific Charge Types, Nominal Codes or Cost Centres filters if required, which will reduce the number of charge items to select from the Select Charges window. These filters default to ALL.
