Issue Statements only for accounts with outstanding balances

Introduction

When you issue statements there are tools to help you select who you send them to. Statements are issued per the Invoice Delivery method set against each billing account in Fees>Setup>Parent Defaults.

Issue Statements only for accounts with outstanding balances

  1. Go to Fees>Debtor Management>Print Statements screen and Select All.
  2. In the Filter Criteria pane enter 0.01 in the Account Balance From field and the maximum outstanding balance value in the Account Balance To field.
  3. Make any other selections from the screen and then use the Preview button to view the statements then the Issue Statements to issue them.
