Introduction
When you move to AUDDIS system submissions you must migrate your data to your Bank. Before sending the live data there is a test submission to validate the data you are sending is correct, which can result in errors.
Resolve AUDDIS Volume Test submission file error messages
If you receive a red error message indicating an invalid account name when you try to process the Test Submission file from Fees>AUDDIS>Create Volume Test Submission:
- Go to Fees>Setup>Parent Defaults.
- Find the account name identified on the error message
- The name will have an invalid character, for example, + : or similar. Amend the name to remove the character.
- Refresh the Volume Test Submission screen and try again.
- Repeat the above steps until the process is error free and creates the submission file successfully.
- Submit your file to your Bank as per the Initial Test Submission.
Note: If you are unable to create your Volume Test Submission for AUDDIS, please raise a case in Engage Help.
