Introduction 

Engage Fees can manage electronic submissions of Direct Debit Mandate details to your bank via the AUDDIS system.

The AUDDIS service is only available within UK banks.

If your bank or Direct Debit processing organisation has asked you to use, or is compatible with AUDDIS, please raise a Case in Engage Help. There are several steps that you will need to go through to setup your system after you have had training.
