Alter the Manual Invoice template

Introduction

If elements of your Manual Invoice do not appear in the correct place, or you would like to alter the appearance, you can either raise a case in Engage Help to have the Engage Reports team alter your Manual Invoice template (recommended but may be a chargeable service), or you can access the template yourself from the Analyse Invoices screen.

Alter the Automated Invoice template

  1. Go to Fees>Sales Analysis>Analyse Invoices
  2. In the main grid select any manual invoice or credit note transaction.
  3. Select the Edit Template
  4. This will open the mrt – Designer window.
  5. Make your required changes to the template then save and close.
  6. The changes should now appear on the invoices or credit notes produced.

Note: Do not attempt to alter your templates unless you are confident of what you are doing. If you amend your template yourself and later need the Engage Reports team to repair your templates, you may incur a charge.
