Introduction
You can reprint invoices, credit notes and receipts for a specific bill payer from the View Account Details screen.
Reprint an Invoice, Credit Note or Receipt
- Go to Fees>Sales Analysis>View Account Details.
- Find the correct account with the Select Contact button.
Select the document to reprint and use the relevant reprint button:
For Invoices and Credit notes.
For Receipts- The document will appear on the screen. You can choose to print or save it.
Note: You cannot reprint certain internal document types. If the button is not enabled, you cannot reprint the document.
