Introduction

If a pupil has a charge frequency set in the Fees>Allocation>Allocate Pupil Charge Frequency screen, you can check if they have any charges in the current run.

Find Pupils without any charges

1. Go to Fees>Allocation>Allocate Pupil Charges and open a new allocation window.
2. Ensure that the filters are set to All and select the Show Unallocated
3. The pupils without allocated charges show in the grid.
