Introduction

The Performance Tracking screen enables users to gather information from various class marksheets and view it in one place.

How to use Performance Tracking in the Engage Portal to gather assessment information

1. Go to Marking > Performance Tracking.
2. Use the pupil panel to select the pupils required.
3. Complete the filter dialogue box to select the academic year, reporting period etc to determine the assessments you wish to track.
4. Select Search.

The performance tracking information will now be displayed. The system will automatically highlight performance changes with the following colour indicators:

• Green – performing above previous assessment
• Amber - performing in line with previous assessment
• Red - performing below previous assessment

There is average grade distribution information available at the bottom of each column.
